This was such a helpful video. I've been using organic, unrefined coconut oil but have heard mixed things about it so I wasn't sure if it could actually be inhibiting sperm motility. I trust your expertise and will continue using it!
Unfortunately, no, and we tried for over a year using it. My husband and I recently switched to Good Clean Love which is a fertility friendly lubricant. Hopefully that’ll do the trick!
I bought pasteurized egg whites. Wish me luck. I am only going to use this in my fertile days. I read in national institute of health's research that it was the only thing that did not hamper sperm motility. 😅
I agree with taking your time. Some people are not taught this because of our culture of "quick sex" which is sad. When you are in marriage and have really good communication with your spouse you can explain and show what is good and works for your body for the natural lubricant to flow. Get to know each other. Another thing is eating okra. It has the consistency of egg whites when bitten into which some don't like but it is really good for both for sperm motility and cervical mucus. Have fun!!! Organic coconut oil is the go to for my husband and myself! So this is good information! We also sometimes use Femallay suppositories. They are made with organic oils. Have you heard of these and would you recommend them?
Yay, team coconut oil! I didn't know the brand you mentioned but I looked it up and those melts look so lovely! I'm not sure where I'd stand with those while TTC, but they look pretty harmless to me?

Also does it need to be COLD-PRESSED? What about MEDIUM-HEAT? Does brand name or any of that matter??? Or am I just getting lost in the details like you mentioned 😂 and I should just pick up any old jar of organic coconut oil and call it a night 🟢🏁
I have THE same questions! I am using unrefined and organic coconut oil. However, I have found that it could be the reason that I had a Yeast Infection. I read that it could change the PH balance inside your V which can cause Yeast Infections so…I have the same question. 🙋🏻♀️
@Ana’s Journey ok so I'm one very sensitive. Thank you for posting about the yeast infection. I'll hold off on purchasing until she replies. I get YI after sex with my partner every now and then and taking AZO isn't helping. I've been tested.. changed up under garments, taking my vitamins... no doucheing.
@@phatfatgurl I have issues with hormones imbalance so it can cause certain infections, however I NEVER got Yeast Infections until I started using coconut oil. Maybe I cleaned wrong or didn’t clean enough off. It’s very hard to remove lol. Thank you for sharing! Wait, what?! Coconut definitely helps battle yeast infection! I don't know where you read/heard that so I can't really comment on the author's thought process, but this is the info I have for you. Annoying right, all these people with different advice sigh... that's why I tryyyyy to provide as much reasoning as possible so you can make up your own mind, hopefully...!

I have hormones imbalance so I believe more now that I had an yeast infection twice because of that. My hormones shifts so much, I do Hormones therapy with estrogen and progesterone so it could just be regulating or un regulating.
Hi Fleur, what do you think about the FertiLily lube? It says conception gel supports fertility on the bottle. Website says the same. Does it belong to the bad branded category as well? We use it for a while but would give it up if it is really truly harmful.
Hi Ingefleur, Thanks for your videos.. I'm a Male 38 and had ED in the past. The subject of lubrication has suddenly effected US. My Bulbourethral glands have always been very active and effective at providing added lubrication. Until that is, a few months ago, when I took One Generic Sildenafil tablet. This resulted in a painful erection and my penis felt sore days after.. I was sore around my penis Glands and also half way up, around the area where the Cowper's Ducts enter the urethra. My copious Pre ejaculate has now completely stopped. Making love is now uncomfortable without the added lubrication and I have very dry penile glands and urethra, I now also notice much more post void dribbling after urination and mild urethral discomfort.
