Hi. I'm a potential Nexon EV Max buyer but I had some key questions for a senior technical officer to answer them. The questions are as follows :- • The company claims the charging speed of 50kW, then why is it limited to 30kW? And even if it is, can it support 50kW in future via OTA update? • The car has Passive Battery Management System ; which roughly translates to the cells being balanced at 100% SOC (which is not really good for the LFP cells). Is it possible to add Active Battery Management System in the product via a system update? • The car has liquid cooling present for the battery pack which is great but in a country like India, many users will park their car in the scorching heat at some point which will result in the battery pack getting heated. Will the car be able to switch on its liquid cooling system on its own for the protection of the battery? And if its not possible right now, can the company add the feature via a system update in the future?
Tweeting will also not help you as i have also done the same things to get some answers to the questions from Tata. Iam also going to be the owner of Max within next two days. Will advice you to mail these questions to them. You may get mail ids using public forums. Have done the same thing
