My mom's boss is closing the night club she's worked at, he gave us 16 black chairs, very nice and sleek, and 4 foldable tables. I'm going to try and rent them out, if it work I will reinvest.

Yes, they were my best level up item in my second year of party rentals. I added mine to my website and paid for my first order in pre bookings at a sale price. This tactic worked well for me also on dance floor. With the backup plan of sub renting if I couldn’t buy in time.

Really appreciate this. We're trying to DIY some of this for our wedding. I figured it would be a neat investment since our families like to have get togethers, parties, etc etc. Later on, can maybe set up a small rental business if we have enough, ya know? Would definitely be neat!

50 pop-ups! That's insane. I don't do well with my pop-ups. I suspect that's because here in Australia every second person has a 10x10 in their garage. The 20x20 high peak does better for me. I'm thinking of getting some 20x10 pop-ups which not many people have. I didn't know you could get cathedral windows for pop-ups. They look good. Yes can't go wrong with tables & chairs.

What do you think about bounce houses? My original idea was a to rent out a few bounce houses, cotton candy machine, margarita machine, a hand full of tables and a couple dozen chairs. But now I'm seeing how popular tables and other things are.

Heyy great video, I have an event rental business in the Netherlands however we dont have milk crates over here, i have been searching for weeks to find a square plastic crate without succes, rightnow i am putting in the plates in a vertical position and 5 plates have already been damaged, could please give me some advice? I think that’s a tough one because every area is a bit different due to weather and size. I’d say safe bet is tables and chairs are year round.

Regular linens are more popular on plastic folding tables. The pickup customers love the plastic tables because they can easily fit into a small vehicle.

Sub rent is renting from another rental company in your area to be able to get your clients to your client if you happened to be short on an item.

Slows down quite a bit. But if you have big tents the bookings roll in all winter with deposits for the summer events.
