BEFORE ANYBODY BEATS ME UP!! I didn't include Violet as a Phantom Thief, because I haven't played through the Royal ending(s) and, therefore, don't know too much about her (don't spoil her story for me, please!!). I only included the thieves from the original Persona 5.
