Having played Vital Bracelet BE and Digivice VV for a while now. I have gotten the hang of the new devices and was able to do a comparison video against the older generation of Vital Bracelet (aka Vital Series aka Vital Hero aka Digivice V).
I think this would be very useful as a guide for many who still don't own a Vital Bracelet of any generation. This would help players decide which to get, especially since the Vital Hero is still being marketed actively by Bandai America.
It also functions as a kind of advanced Vital Bracelet BE guide since it contains some unofficial tips and tricks as well

Virtual Pets are my favorite (evidently from my other videos). So Vital Bracelet is a dream come true for me, for many reasons...
(1) Digimon with colored pixels / sprites
(2) Vpet I can wear on my hand
(3) Vpet is based on activity, I run a lot of errands everyday, and now I am also rewarded in gamification for my effort
(4) Design of the rearing mechanics for this one is more forgiving (less strict on mistakes) and no element of RNG (older Vpet has a chance you might not evolve to Perfect or Ultimate)
(5) the accompanying VB BE Arena app brings up the sprite and animation to an enhanced visual experience on your smartphone, bigger is better.
So now I am going to rear every Digimon which I can afford to buy. And I will document every Digimon I raise and as much as I can capture, sleeping animation, battles, etc.

I had the original Vital Bracelet and just ordered the new BE. Your channel has helped me figure out all the differences in all the watches. I had no idea they had come out with so many! Lol. I knew about the second bracelet and that's it! Thanks for the awesome videos!

Thank you for making this. It's really in-depth, and answers so many questions I couldn't find anywhere else. Feels like the BE is a few steps forward, and a step back (software-wise). Hopefully Bandai settles on a system and keeps with it, limiting power creep. That said, just ordered three Vital Bracelet BE's. :)

After maxing training BP I was able to clear Adventure stage 12 with my Canoweissmon, it seems that BP is the most vital stat and makes the biggest difference if you want to not be rolled by the adventure missions the other trainings less so (I had barely done them at the time I clear).

That is true in a sense! Since BP affects how often you hit/ miss the enemy and how often you get hit/ avoid enemy attack. So being able to hit more times than get hit, then naturally will win more. But of course, maxing all is also an option.. haha

Hey I have a qn… Shd I want to raise a digimon from the old dim in the new BE VB, would the evolution/raising be different? Since trophy count was a thing…

IIRC, when you load an old Gen DiM, PP will basically be the Trophies count. If an evolution needed 10 Trophies, it will now need 10 PP. something like this. Also, all 4 exercises will give PP, not just squats. Cos the old DiMs cannot raise bonus stats so the other 3 exercises just give PP. (at least that’s what I heard, I need to proceed to the Frontier DiMs I still have yet to raise to experience first-hand) Awesome thing is it seems easier because it is no longer resetting daily missions only at 2359-0000. You can just do unlimited amount that you need. But I think the 100 hour time limit still makes things a little harder.

Any idea how to transfer existing 'digimon from 'vital bracelet series' to 'vital bracelet be' from the App?

Hey there is no way to do so. The Digimon hatched in the Vital Series bracelet is deliberately ‘contained’ in the Vital Series section. They deliberately did so, because those Digimon from the Vital Series have significantly lower stats than Digimon hatched on the Vital Bracelet BE. You can see it here in the video I made when trying the Arena app for the first time and transferring my old Digimon into it. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ozpRGUm2_ag.html The Champion Stage Betel Gammamon has higher stats than my old Mega Stage Imperialdramon Paladin Mode. If the Digimon were allowed to cross, I imagine players would find it frustrating to see their old high evolution stage Digimon get defeated by some new low evolution stage Digimon. But, you can hatch Vital Series Digimon on the Vital Bracelet BE by inserting the old DiMs into the Bracelet BE. Apparently, those ‘hatched’ on the Bracelet BE, will get adjusted stats to the Bracelet BE generation. At least this was what was announced on the official memo on the Bracelet BE, I have not had the chance to try it myself. I would want to do so when I do the Digimon Frontier DiM series…

Do you know if you can use different Character series Dims in another series' adventure mode? Like using a My Hero Academia character in a Digimon Adventure and vice versa?

Hi, unfortunately I don’t think you can. If the other series characters can’t even provide support for battles. I don’t think they can do other adventure modes. But within the franchise should be ok.

Yes I can! Then it would be black straps with the red buttons. :) But I do like the black bracelet design anyway. The transparent buttons on the side has a certain.. zing to it..

I have some local distributors importing these in my country. But recently I have found Amazon to be a reliable source and fast too! Have you tried searching “Bracelet BE” on Amazon? You can then see if it is deliverable to your country. Amazon membership’s really cheap and you can enjoy a lot of shows on Amazon Prime too

Sadly no. The DiM card series Digimon can’t have the bonus stats apparently. All other exercises only raise PP…

@@MouseCIick yeah. BE is the new Gen… Kinda like how the OG 1990s series of V-pets. Digital Monster Version 1-5 was overpowered by Digimon Pendulum Version 1-5 The two series could fight.. BUT The Rookie in Digimon Pendulum is same or more powerful than the Ultimate in Digital Monsters V1-V5 And it was even part of the lore. The Digital Monsters V1-5 are from File Island… the ones from Digimon Pendulum are from Folder Continent

@@MouseCIick haha. I think that’s why they ‘contained’ the old dim Digimon in Vital Series section. When the ranked event comes again, like the one in Dec, it will be an event which keeps the old DiM Digimon still fighting among each other. Unaffected by the BE Gen Digimon But if you raise the old series DiM on the BE part of it, then yes, the BE Digimon would be stronger cos of the stats boost.. haha

Yeah. I think you are referring to tip number (10) It is a cheat like I mentioned in the video. And in fact, there might be a risk of data being corrupted (though we don’t know how high that risk might be). Recommendation is to use it very very sparingly. Only if your victory rate is gonna fail the evolution requirements. Like less than 60% which is needed. Honestly, I personally have hardly have to use it, the support character and bonus stats do help with the battles..
