*UPDATE: I changed my answer. Halftime and Deja Vu are the same to me. It's a tie! NEW EPISODE of #WVIB! Take your pick. Let me know what you guys think. Stay blessed! Love y'all! HBD, Dad! - J ✌🏾
Great minds really do think alike. I was gonna do the same video concept but you beat me to it lol Great vid brother. I still feel like Halftime is better when I did mine. It seems to just sync better. Don't know why! Keep going man! Blessings! 💯
Ha, nice. Both of them are very even to me. It’s so close but, for some reason, I was getting a slightly better vibe with Deja Vu. I’m always going to rock with Halftime but it’s very close, plus it needs a serious update because it’s been the same for the last three years now.
I had the same thought as well; they are essentially the same. However, when I tried Deja Vu, I'm not sure whether I did anything differently than when I tried Halftime but my ears detected a difference between the two. That is just what I think.
@@jaunti well what was the sound???? I thought the skin was pretty exactly the same. The effects offered were exactly the same. If there is a distinct sound, is it even worth trying out. Im in love with Cable guys and even had another halftime plug in from some company that used the knob. Didnt work out. Cableguys are just off the heez. Im in no way saying you are wrong about the sound but im dead set on half-time, lol. Had it for like 7 or 8 years or since the beginning. BTW cool to holla out your dad. That was really cool.
@@robertmason7553 It's all good and I appreciate your honesty. I just noticed a slight change in the melody that I thought sounded interesting, something I did not hear when I was using Halftime but that does not mean that Halftime isn't as practical as you think because of my review on Deja Vu. Don't let my opinion confuse you. I will always be down with Cableguys, I've had their plugins for years too. They are incredible when it comes to effect plugins and have a creative mindset. They're some of the companies that revolutionized the music industry to me when I began adding effects into my beats, and the rest was history from there. Keep using Halftime if you wish. I am still.
@@jaunti Thx for the response again. We all good together and in it to win it. Im just kind of a loyal guy if you get me drift. Thx for the review and your responses. All good.
10 bucks is a week's worth of groceries where I live. So, better by a notch AND free? Hell yeah, thanks cymatics. btw please get to the point of the video faster, our attention spans are dead
Only $10 bucks for groceries? Where do you live? I’m moving there, haha 😂. It isn’t for everyone, I’ve reviewed plenty of free plugins and some of them aren’t worth keeping because on preferences and their functionality. And as far as rushing me to get to the point, that’s why I have timestamps, you can skip the parts you wish not to see.✌🏾
@@jaunti no rush, just friendly advice. 12yo producers won't search for timestamps, nor wait 3 minutes to hear the first plugin in question. Thank you for the content though, hope you grow bigger brother.
