Ingredients:
🤍Sugar 15 tbsp.l
🧈Butter 50 g
🥛Cream (I have 20%, it is better to use 33%) 300 ml
Preparation:
Pour sugar into a saucepan, wait until it starts to melt on the sides. Gently begin to move the sugar to the middle until it all melts.
*Add butter and mix vigorously.
After the butter has melted, pour in the hot cream, here CAREFULLY, the mass will boil and foam, you need to mix actively.
Boil the caramel for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
*Cool for about 30-60 minutes and beat for about 5 minutes.
Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour and beat again.
*Put the caramel in a nice jar and enjoy🥰
