There's no turning back once you try whipped brown butter. It's so good!!! This is my favorite way to enjoy butter on bread. The only issue is to control the amount of butter intake... I could literally eat it on its own. I love how it melts in the mouth. And the deep and rich caramelized butter flavor! It's to die for! I also like how simple this recipe is, just let the butter burn... ;)
