Probably about the same hell cats are 6.2L and the scat packs are 6.4 so the motors are vertical the same so should sound the same

I still have it. Its a 426 Hemi in there now with the whipple sc. Im currently getting a new trans that can handle the power

I had mine bored and stroked from a 392 6.4L to a 426. I dont know if they can do that for a 5.7L. My advice would be to just buy the car and not do engine work. It gets very expensive with no warranty

@@crazyeys11 how many pounds of boost? What kind of power did you make. Performance shop telling me Whipple will be fine w stock bottom end at 7-8 lbs and later we can build the bottom. Every one keeps saying they heard it won't hold but haven't met anyone who actually had it blow w less than 10lbs. Over all would you do it again?

Actually wasn't what I was expecting not very loud but also the car itself you had to yell over told of it to hear anything

@@speedfreak5708Hey dude , I need information. I'm purchasing a 2014 Charger SRT8 next week.. Im all new to the modification game and I was told the only thing you can do to the 6.4 liter Hemi safety is a Cam swap and long headers and a few other small details to get approximately 80 HP to the wheel to about 550 HP from 470 HP. I was told stay away from super chargers. I really like this car and its a retirement car one day , heck who knows , maybe I will swap a Hellcat motor one day . lol. what do you recommend for now while im working and not retired ??? thank you 😊

Well you heard right for longevity definitely do not supercharge it there's a lot of support mods needed to make it work good and even then still not garenteed now as far as the cam talk to a tuner getting something customers built and a solid tune and some other little things may be able to get more than 80hp out of it but if your looking to retire with the car and want a supercharge it id just get a hell cat im into building shit after it breaks thats why I wasn't concerned about the supercharger build on the 392
