Whirlpool, Maytag VMW Diagnostics And Calibration 

I recently noticed our Maytag Centennial was not cleaning my heavy dirty laundry. I ran the diagnostic test on the agitation. Well it will run the "Gentle Agitation" test just fine but it will not run the "Heavy Agitation" test at all. Any ideas on what would prevent the washer from going into heavy agitation.

Any suggestions on where to get the repair tech sheet online?
