question. Are carrying a lot of these replacement parts on your truck or do you order and return to put them on? I lost a couple of customers because I couldnt repair the appliance the same day. Im thinking of carrying refrigerator and stove/oven parts because I see that as the most critical of appliances.

This one I actually ordered and returned. I normally try to stock the more popular items. You normally figure it out based on your region/ customers. Here is a hint, if you can do something for the customer to hang them over until you return, they will love you. Example a refrigerator defrost issue. The customer needs a working refrigerator. You don’t have the heating. What do you do? You defrost the freezer and get it up and running. The unit is work fine for about 7 days. You return 3-4 days to complete. Don’t forget to add your labor to defrost it
