As a cook, I notice that people who absolutely can't use knives properly always go for the smallest one they can find. For some reason they think it's more safe or easier to manage, I guess. They also go for serrated knives no matter how wrong for the job because they don't know how to slice, and never hone or sharpen.

an after dinner/dessert drink popular around here in the holiday season, 1 ounce marshmallow fluff, 4 ounces hot fresh brewed dark roast coffee, stir to dissolve the marshmallow fluff into the coffee, add 1.5 ounces of rye and.5 ounce of creme de menthe or peppermint schnapps and serve in a coffee mug (whipped cream on top is optional)

I work in the "adult beverage" industry, and the whole "Taylor Port" explosion on TikTok has been a source of endless pain and sorrow for me and my co-workers.
