Dave the rules to fishing says if you just touch the leader before a fish breaks off or comes off that it is still a catch,,and you touched below the sinker before that fish broke off so yours is a catch.

Dave you like that cheese so much maybe you should just put a hunk of that on a hook and just see if those Catfish will eat it you may be surprised at what you catch

I saw that last boat racer go right past a 14-pounder. His loss but at least his boat is fast. I see a lot of salt in your future, Dave. Check the water softener pellets, Dave. Some of them are pure salt and cheaper than table salt and might be just fine for bait.

Apparently none of those so called Bass fishermen know how to catch bass because you sure don't catch them by going 30 to 40 pmh up and down a lake and not only that but the bass are mainly up under structures right now and up under bridges figuring out there winter hold up there definitely not on the move

Can't stand bass guys they are the worst, I avoid lakes and fish the main river system for that reason
