Whistle Stop Tour: How I went From Chemistry (STEM) degree to the Railway Industry? 

Ola studied a masters degree in Chemistry at the University of Southampton.
A few years after graduating she enrolled onto a Graduate Scheme at Bombardier Transportation, which was a Rolling Stock Engineering company. Within her graduate scheme Ola worked as a graduate trainee within the services execution department for 2 years before moving on to becoming a Business Improvement Specialist for 6 months.
The completion of the graduate scheme then led Ola to working as a Business Improvement Specialist with Alstom; before becoming a Project Commercial Manager.
