Her predicament is that she doesn't even believe in the things she is saying herself, but she's trapped by the need to maintain her job and pay her bills. When she speaks, it's evident that she's merely performing in some kind of drama. The previous press secretaries seemed to be staunch supporters of the president's policies, but I don't think she is. She appears to be merely parroting the statements of other senior officials in the administration without adding her own substance. This underscores the predicament of defending an incompetent president.
Is it irony when they put sanctions on countries that go after political oppositions and try to put them in jail... or is it gaslighting or is it be both?
It bothers me so much the rhetoric of this administration in regards to weapons to Israel. When they're responding to criticism about the actions of Israel, they claim stopping the 2000 pound bombs was very significant, and shows "how much they care". However, when they're criticised for not sending MORE weapons to Israel, they say "well, we stopped ONLY ONE. It doesn't change the Israeli capability to wage war". So what is it? Was that an important measure, or was it insignificant? You can't have it both ways. Their ONLY issue is the electoral one. They think stopping ONE shipment of weapons is enough to gain back the support they lost for financing a G-cide.
" She tries to understand the things that I do,,without thinking bout what she puts me through. I never be the things she wants me to be,til she loves enough to set me free "
Very restless on the podium 😮😮 They showed concerns over weeks and months while they keep sending bombs and more Palestinians die. When will it end? Does Netanyahu have any incentives to accept a ceasefire? NONE
