Some grocery prices have come down, and I usually try to stock up on sale items. Gas has reached an acceptable price too, it's under $3 gallon in northern Minnesota where I live. I'm supporting my family of 3 with 4 pets as well, and we're doing fine. This is the same roller coaster that we've been on for decades. Cause and effect, the republicans give tax cuts for the rich and destroy the economy they inherited. Democrats get back in, and they have to work twice as long and hard to fix the mess that republicans made. Trump rode Obamas economy until he destroyed it with massive tax cuts for the rich. Now we're finally pulling through that mess, those cuts expire next year. Putting trump back in is an absolute guarantee that he will give the super rich a better tax cut than last time, he's already told everyone that he's plans to do it. Tax cuts for the rich is the only promise he's made and delivered upon. Anyone not in the top 1% shouldn't be even considering trump on that alone. Trickle down economics did not work when Reagan was president, and it won't work now. They're just pizzing on us without even the slightest courtesy of calling it rain. I'm not rich by any means, I do ok all things considered. I will never be rich enough to vote republican in my lifetime.
