I just have a small suggestion. Instead of adding fresh water to adjust the consistency, she could have added some water in the mixer jar used for grinding the paste and then poured it in the curry. Helps minimize wastage
Whenever I make kuruma I don't get the taste I eat outside or hotel......this is the best kuruma I have ever tasted.....thanks for the wonderful receipe.....
