I’ve visited both caves with very small passageways to get through and others that were enormous - the one you went through looks a little closer to the former. I’m sure I would’ve had to duck much of the way through, given how tall I am. The creamery looked interesting and made me wish I had bought cheese while I did grocery shopping this morning. And I could tell it was an American diner because of the enormous portions! It did look tasty!

Last July we spent a week in a lodge in Aysgarth after our Florida hols was cancelled the first time and visited White Scar Caves. On our video you can hear Susan laughing everytime I banged my head during the low ceiling part, thank god for those helmuts !

So easy for the girls as they are small but good job you adults had hard hats on. Well done Nick for lasting. I didn’t think I had a problem until I went pot holing in Wales near Hay on Wye and panicked when going through really tight bits and hated that there was someone behind me stopping me going back

Nick I walked off of mission space as well that ride is so claustrophobic couldn’t even pull the harness down sat on the seat and got right back up 😩 I get you 🙌🏻

You’re braver than me Nick. I really wanted to see White Scar Caves, so three years ago I visited..... didn’t get beyond the first narrow channel. Glad I’d stayed at the back of the group so I could just turn around and leg it back out. lol🙄

I went into a cave in Luray Caverns in Virginia here in USA. Took my Three kinda in the mid ninths I think. I was scared my self. We squeezed through this tint space. They shut the door be hind, turned out the lights you could not see your hands in front of your hands. Took my breath. Hated it.😎❤️❤️✌️

That was a hard watch tonight guys,my heart was racing just watching you all in those caves...I tried going into the caves once in majorca and only managed so far before I had to turn around,much to the annoyance of everyone behind me, then once I was outside I sat in a panic waiting for my hubby & kids to come out the other end safely! Looks like you had some feed at the ice cream parlour. Wensleydale cheese is delicious 😋 You 2 are smashing uncles, the girls just love you both 🥰 💙💙 xx

Hi Alison. I once paid to go down the caves of drach in majorca. They let so many people all in at once I had a panic and had to head straight back out. Leigh

@@TheLodgeGuys Hi Leigh that's the one we went to,they absolutely let too many people enter at the same time,I actually had to go through a large crowd of people to get back out..you do have to question the safety of the numbers they allow! If you think a tourists cave is scary. You should try Porth Yr Ogof Caves in the Brecon Beacons. There's no lighting so all you have is a boiler suit, crash helmet with head lamp to mostly crawl on your belly through tight spaces. Oh and and importantly you need to wear incontinence pants.

I feel your fear Nick, I did the great orme copper mines Llandudno last year, its only short, but some tight spaces, I was nearly having a panic attack, but glad I did it.

make a note nick.never go in the great pyramid in geza as the tunnel to the great burial chamber is up 200ft tunnel on a 35 degree angle bent double and its 4 ft wide. and think of whats on top of you there. not for you i think.

That cave was not enjoyable, I took my class on a trip to it. The only thing that helped my get through it was the kids laughing everytime I banged my head.
