Another potential relocation spot for the Chicago White Sox is being discussed, but this move would not be far and would keep the MLB franchise in the city. According to a new Sun-Times report, the White Sox are considering building a new ballpark in what could become Chicago's next neighborhood. The newspaper reported Wednesday night the team has its eye on a huge piece of undeveloped land near the South Loop, known as "The 78," to be the location for a baseball-only stadium. According to the report, sources familiar with the talks, who asked to remain anonymous, say the negotiations are "serious."

Remove railroad tracks at 16th and build a road and bridge into that spot . Build an expressway extension and exit where canal port Avenue exist into that prime land. The road is the key. Everyone says oh it would be to crowded getting in there . Well that is from the north border, but I see opportunities coming in from the S.W. ..JUST SOUTH OF A NEIGHBORHOOD WHO WONT BE DISTURB. Eliminate some street canalport or send 18th street going east toward the river and build the extension there

If the White Sox should move to this location, the Loop/downtown workers would have a short distance to go take in a ballgame after work. It would be a shorter trip than Guaranteed Rate Field or Wrigley Field. Anyway, with a few exceptions, most weekday games are in the evening.

They will want to move migrants into your house. They already taking kids out of schools to move migrants into school and kids back to zoom school like covid
