First off I must say that this is an excellent video. When I first bought my V3i I started out with the Hi Pro stock program. Today I use a custom best data program I prefer more than anything else. I do all my analyzing in search and pinpoint modes all of the time now because 99% of the time I know what the detector is telling me. My brother still hates digging for nickels with his Minelab cause he says they're always junk. What many people don't realize is the Minelab's don't lock on to a target in more than one frequency like the V3i is capable of. I think that it's going to be tough for Whites to out do this flagship detector however I did chat with one of their engineers a few years back and he was actually dabbling with a PI/VLF hybrid concept, that would be something wouldn't it.
For me Whites are the best detectors, I have 2 MXT a God bug #2 & a Garret at pro that just sit in my garage . Im looking to get the SPECTRA soon. Although the Minelab GPX 6000 & 7000 look good for gold nuggets. I don't know about the Nokta . But yea Whites all the way
In calculating a six pack of brew per day times 365 = 2,190 per year. Dang bro that's a lot of pull tabs, 21,900 in ten years. Put the detector in the house and get cement shovel in one hour you'll get 500 pull tabs lol
Thanks for the video , at first I read the owners manual cover to cover it was as confusing as hell. Now I'm about 75 per on calling out my targets correctly. Very good machine
Don't you love it when you dig a hole, and the signal keeps migrating to the side? You start with a 2" hole, and end up with a trench. Then you find a pull tab and have to try to fill in the gulch.
So if I understand this correctly, the reason you know it is a Pull Tab, is because in the Polar Plot, the Blue Line(22.5) was the dominant line? Right? So if the Green Line(2.5) would have been the dominant line, then you would have known it was a coin/good target?
