Only an opinion from the UK but she stood by the man she loved and showed amazing empathy to stray animals. Far better than many of the Skanks in the UK who drive flash cars in the full knowledge that the car was paid for by their drug dealing partner. Suspended sentences are the norm for this behavior in the broken UK.
If this was a man who was helping a murderer and a crime boss and not testifying he would have gotten like 20 plus years for all of that and people would not be saying he was a good person and he did not deserve to go to jail and he would not be welcomed anywhere around the world let alone in any neighborhood. This is UNBELIEVABLE to me how Greig's sister can defend her like that like her sister is a victim. Greig aided and abetted a vicious man who had killed scores of people with no remorse and was hiding $800,000 in the walls of their apartment for over 10 years with a cache of weapons too. She should have gotten life in prison for harboring this man. Greig knew exactly who she was involved with and had no problem living that life. Absolutely disgusting and vile response from a sister who acts like it's no big deal what she did.
I like how there hasn’t been much fanfare about Catherine getting out, there’s not even a single picture of Grieg in 2020. Oh well, maybe one day we’ll get a sequel to Black Mass focusing on Grieg’s life.
