She was definitely special, but Idk, some live performances really are better than the official video, or show the artist at their best, but I feel like this one aint her at her best. Live performances can hit or miss, but back then, hiphop/r&b artists usually showed out at the Apollo theater, or for the Arsenio Hall show. Artists sometimes brought it at award shows too, especially if it was just 1 song instead of some medley.
