Germany, 2010 I Look To You tour. Whitney was having trouble dealing with the negative reviews, feeling low & tired so she asked Kim Burrell to fly over for a few days. Kim dropped her schedule and went there on her own dime. Whitney is referring to Kim rubbing her tired feet when no one else around her would. Whit started crying and told Kim she was crying because Kim was showing her unconditional love & true friendship.

I learned more about God and Jesus and keeping the faith from Whitney and her music than I did from any church I ever attended. She lived her Truth and honored the Lord...even in her passing and struggles. I will always love Whitney. At peace finally.

Drugs and smoking too their toll on your voice but even at your lowest point you were still better than a lot of these singer today.
There was no premonition. People Whitney was upset about the negative media press about her concert and she called Kim to fly out to her overseas and Kim came and spent the entire day with Whitney and when Whitney came on stage to perform this night, Kim was already on a flight back home to the states. If you listen she is saying i will miss you, take care, I will call you and you will call me. Get back safely and when I get back from tour we will sit in our pajamas and talk about it etc... She was just saying good bye to her friend for the moment because she was on tour. She had no idea she was going to die FEB 11th 2012. On that day Whitney was excited and ready to see Kim and family to attend Clive Davis pre Grammy party. She didn't go into that bathroom knowing she would never come out alive! :-(
WOW! and just like that, i re-lived that horrible night. remembering exactly what i was doing where i was doing it at, and thinking to myself "he still had a party". sorry got lost in thought. Fyi: kim stayed with her for a week, she didn't fly all the way from houston to stay 12 hours when it took her like 15 hours just to get there. if you go through whitney's concert footages, you'll see that kim was on stage with her a couple of times...just say'n. and as far as the whole demise thing, in interviews bobbi kris was say'n how her mom was just "tired" and wanting to rest. she had a lot going on.

As I watched Whitney in this video I noticed something special. She was extremely happy and enthusiastic and.. so full of love and gratitude...like in a euphoric state.. The spirit of of Christ was running thru her and she left us yet another musical gem in the process of doing her thing..just like back in the day when I was little. , she was telling her best friend and confidant Kim Burrell goodbye. She's more preaching than singing, giving praise to God and thanking her friend Kim, and she's preaching for others to hold on to your spirit to take through the darkness, and that He loves you so do I she told everyone, all from the depths of her very spirit, enormous love is pouring out of her, she knew she would soon transition, and she told her friend Kim she would miss her. She didn't want the stardom anymore, can see it in her, her true spirit was on full view, it had altered, she was all for Christ right there, that was extremely authentically spiritual, can see and feel it. God wanted the record so everyone knew who was actually Whitney Houston. Their faith and their weaknesses were exposed in front of everyone ... God used something that had everything to go wrong to show the world that He was God in her life ... and show her it without Him was not anything .. . And God used each person who recorded these moments for the world to know that He is the one who gave his only son to save us. And that heaven is a place of repentant sinner. This tour also served to show us that God cares about our pain and send us people who are true angels on earth to help us get through difficult times. And every time someone who is lost and in need of strength to go on, and see this video, Whitney girl will continue to preach and lead people to the knowledge of God's love.

This is very deep and I admire her love for the Lord even through all the misery such a beautiful and talented woman went through. I've struggled and am angry at God, and wish I had this conviction. I wonder what she was feeling. I remember before my mom passed, she would say "I feel like I'm dying", what was poor Whitney going through. As many have said, I wish I, too, could have helped. I don't think I can listen to her beautiful voice, any year, without sobbing.
