Why did this happened? If a military man has the right training and equipment, he should have the courage to fight the enemies. And why did this has been in chaos for 20 long years? Its the US that is supposed to know if the training of the soldiers of the Afghan govt is doing well. How about the intelligence capability of US? Any soldier who refused order or ran away from battle was decimated (every 10th soldier in line is killed). never once did Roman army surrender or flee and was a model of terror and discipline as soldiers feared their commanders.
