This came way before. And injustice is based off this storyline. Time travels. 2 of each hero. Deaths that change everything for the worse.

Honestly feels more like the injustice universe

Perhaps they did base Injustice video game ( 2013) on the Justice Lords (2002), but the Justice Lords definitely had some inspiration from the Crime Syndicate 🖖🏾

Actually they did originally plan for it to be Crime syndicate, but they decided to go this direction of a fascist dictatorship instead to make an episode to subtly call attention to some political situations at the time.

I think that's the whole point. The justice league shouldn't be the government/ making policy decisions. They're just there to help and protect people.

Well apparently you didn't see the whole episode. Lord Bats gets out, confronts our Bats in the Bat cave, talk it out with him, helps the Justice League escape the military and sends them back.

More like part of the inspiration of the Crime Syndicate of Earth-3.
