Have you tried reading a bit more of Christianity? it's teachings and tales are some of the more fascinating things you can read. In fact almost all of fantasy books has Christian roots, JRR Tolkien (Father of modern fantasy tropes) was a faithful believer and had alot of Christian influence. In fact even pagan religions and beliefs from Europe are more Christian than anything, Christian Scholars and Christian peasants were the one who passed down the stories to their Christian descendants, so it can't be expected to be accurate, even the fabled Sagas of Ragnar weren't written down until a Christian scholar asked people that knew about the legend. Even Eastern Fantasy has had alot of influence from Abrahamic Religions, there were Nestorian Christians and Muslims that influenced a big chunk of Asia and Africa. Even America is Christian, Latin America has some of the most Catholic nations, despite having alot of pagan believer no more than 500 years ago. This all leads to Christianity having a lot of influence on some of the deepest stories of modern time. So comparing Christianity with some soap opera is a bit of an insult.
If you thought that Christianity had weak lore then it just proves that you have never read the Bible. Christian lore inspired legions of great work of fictions.
He just didn’t help. He was devoted to God and just didn’t help soooo... that is simply it. Just too lazy to do what he was supposed to do when it came time to do it
Stories like these are why I question Christianity so much. I do somewhat believe in a higher being but not in the way I’ve been taught. Why would god allow war to happen when he is all powerful? Why would god allow people to grow up suffering or abused without ever hearing of his existence? I’ve seen good people die young, and watch as bad people grow old in comfort. If we were all created equal than why isn’t everyone given an equal chance? Obviously it’s a ridiculous question in today’s world but why allow some to never know happiness? Because they may get to heaven and live forever. Doesn’t sound good enough to me. God in the Bible is a ridiculous concept. Do as I say, not as I do. The go to for anyone invested in such hypocrisy
I would argue Envy, that is coveting, is the most corrupting sin. It is listed last in the 10 Commandments. That is because it is what leads to breaking the preceding Commandments. It is a beast that feeds the other sins. You will never sin if you do not covet that which the sin leads to.
It's good actually ! The story and the characters cought me up so badly that I was through all of the (currently there are 14 Chapters out) 14 Chapters in about 24 in game hours and I can't wait to see what happens next !👌🏻
Strangely enough, the deadly sins started out more numerous in their beginning. I think an 8th sin was sorrow or despair. I wonder if their was an 8th prince that got mostly forgotten in time, too.
@@Mirinovic That's just the name. Other angels that fall change their name due to corruption. But not with Lucifer because he's too pride with his name that was given by "Him".
I never understood why Leviathan would be associated with envy, i think they dropped the ball on that one, i mean is just a gigantic sea dragon what is envious abou it?
Probably stolen from norse mythology jormungandr. Mant religious holidays stem from pagan traditions cuz they wanted to make it easier to convert pagans to christianity
I would love to see the narratives of the 3 Abrahamic religions. On funnier note in Sunni Islam the Antichrist is a read head with Afrohair 😂😂 I ve always found it funny since I was kid.
Finally a normal explanation about this subject without trying to shove a religion down my throat while trying to convert me. Thanks for the video, very informative.
How bout a video on the actual gods who were turned into demons by biblical writers? Be interesting to see them as they were to the people who believed in them, rather than thru the eyes of their historical enemies...
There were once many male and female leviathans, as far as I know. If dinosaurs and dragons had to reproduce then so would have they. I hope that this answers your question, Gray Ghost. 👻
True, but I do not think it is extinct, God destroyed one, but NO MAN NOR ANYTHING CREATED can destroy one of these things but God. It is lying dormant until the end days, yeah I know, sounding kind of weird now.
