Cracking podcast again boys. This season is looking really good. I am of the opinion that this is the best period in the clubs history (well at least since I started going down the Blues in 1967). KRO

His a proper baller. He can pass the ball to feet like magic when he pings it in the air. He is good in front of goal. The assistant he will bring to our forwards with pace is rediculas. What a signing for this league he will do well. In the championships, once settled in, into the club, he will be a nightmare to deal with. I'm well chuffed 💙🤍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧 KRO

Off Topic. Watched a compilation video of all of Alfie May's goals at Cheltenham, on the Cheltenham Town FC RU-vid channel. He scores with both feet (not at the same time, but I wouldn't put it past him to do so lol) Many a poached goal in the 6 yard box that reminded me of Bob Hatton, some lobs, some at sharp angles and some screamers from outside the box. If players like Emil can provide a good service we may see some more of the same. It's hard to tell if the defending was bad, but Alfie seems to have a knack of being in the right place at the right time. He did capitalise on some sloppy errors for sure but he has plenty of confidence to score in one on one situations. Alfie also seems to have a bit of character that could endear him to the Bluenoses. KEO!

I really hope it works out for him and Blues. However, I do recall my excitement when we purchased Daniel De Ridder. He looked fantastic on You Tube.

I'd say Hansson could turn out to be a fans' favourite. He's changed clubs a lot and we've got him cheap, so that's a worry. But I'm sure he knows the major opportunity he's been given at Blues while he's still in his prime. Probably Blues' best signing to date.

From Matrix Revolutions - Morpheus: I don't know what he (Davies, Wagnerca etc) do to save us. But I do know that as long as there is a single breath left in his body he will not give up and neither can we.

If Baccuna and Sanderson do go as rumored, and we have about 600k from the Pritchard deal. We're probably about even so far on transfers. So could be many more to come!

KROKiwi here - Hansson has played for some decent clubs and looks handy, quick and technically very impressive. But does this mean we now say "Sayonara" to Miyoshi?

My only worry is how he will cope with being kicked off the park in league 1, but great signing kro

Emil Hansson..... who? I will honestly admit that i'd never heard of him before we signed him, but it sounds like we have another proper player on our hands. Another example of Blues doing their business and doing it well. The Brighton blue print is one that I like, and this signing has all the hallmarks of Blues going down that same successful route. The left-hand side was a problem for us last season; going forwards wise was very hit and miss, more miss for the majority of the season for one reason or another. I felt for JJ whenever he was asked to play out on the left as we all know he's a central midfielder. I really hope JJ stays, although I highly anticipate that he will move on. I really like Dembele when he's on it. He's a top top player, but he needs to be more consistent and do the ugly side of the game much better if he's still at Blues next season. Anderson had a really bright start to the season but injuries impacted upon his season. I do like him, i think he's a very good squad player but Hansson sounds like just the player that we need both in terms of providing and chipping in with more than his fair share of goals too. Please can I just check. This is Birmingham City we're talking about right? What a proper football club we are. I keep on saying it, the owners got so many things wrong last season, to go along with all the good of course, but this pre-season they haven't put a foot wrong and they're shaping us up really nicely to hit the ground running. The atmosphere on the 10th August is going to be absolutely amazing. The best it's been in years. KRO 💙

Thing us RU-vid only show the best of a player, I have seen him ll before and belive me is is a lightweight in terms of coming up against tough full backs, he shows skill, but his actual goals and assists are. Poor
