Eating lamb hearts is definitely a thing. I don't think there's any land animal, at least, that we eat that they don't eat the heart of somewhere. Chicken hearts are probably my favorite, although beef heart anticuchos are pretty dope.

Loved the episode, as always. Just the positive energy and the humor is enough for me really. Happy holidays to the team. side note: According to the dozen people I know who have worked there (from all over the world) Subways have huge issues with hygiene. Perhaps I just came across a dozen unlucky employees but I've myself also seen quite a few subways close due to food poisoning. I might be wrong but from everything I've seen, the hygiene standards there are low.

Isn't this really who made the best Latkes TOPPINGS ? If you have faith in your Latke, you don't need to pile on all the layers. It's like really good French bread or Pizza , it is the thing itself. The simplest things are the tastiest and hardest to perfect.
