I love ryus videos for one reason he just plays super Mario maker and in a world where everything is moving a million miles an hour it is nice to just watch a guy play a video game and relax for half an hour. I know it’s unlikely that anyone will read this much less ryu but if you do I just wanted to say thank you.
He's my favorite RU-vidr out there for this reason honestly, he helps me calm down and it feels like I'm actually in the room just taking the day off playing games with him, it's amazing

For the dev skip he went the water and got the fire flower then the track with the door and the hammer bro that door takes you back to the beginning and he would have 3 hits in the water bone fish and bowser.
if you are wondering about the powerup to use the Dev skip. I imagine you go in pipe 3 get the fire flower, go thru the door walk thru the one way and go in the pipe with a fire flower, soak the 2 hits and hit the axe
On the last level, you took a powerup back to the beginning using the door. This would let you get hit twice by the exploding fish in that room with the dev skip piper

KrollV bubbly871 I agree with you both. I would likely say ‘I wouldn’t not want to be involved!’ as a positive, but ‘he wasn’t having none of that’ would be a negative if I said it.

As this video does not use formal language, we should not apply formal standards to it but instead interpret as the common idiom. Language is weird, and in practice, the rules are made up by people as they go. Anyone who tries to make arguments about whether any particular language is "correct" without specifying the standard they're judging it against is confused.
Hey I know it's been forever since this was uploaded but I just want to say that second level that was hot garbage was actually mine. I don't remember it being so trash. But yeah as you can tell from that one level none of them are all that great but it was fun to see you play it!
In watching these videos I've now seen three instances of 9:46 + 9:59, you deciding that the level can be trusted and getting betrayed shortly after xD

i don't want to sound overly harsh, but "keep the fly cap" is a pretty good example of some of the worst kind of junk you'll find in super expert: levels that are tedious, obnoxiously cryptic, AND straight up unimaginative
I would love to see a "Super Expert No Skip Bingo" video. You'd make a bingo chart with things like "pick a pipe," "Soft block," and "Death door" in the squares, and then proceed to mark them as you come across them in a super expert run and try to get a bingo ^^

I never knew how addicted I was to watching Mario till I came across your channel. at fist I thought Mario maker was kinda dumb, but its just infinite levels with crazy challenges. its actually perfect. I mite even get a switch specifically for this game

Hey Ryu, I really enjoy your 100 man challenges! So I was wondering if you would like to do some others like a first try or skip expert challenge or a skip every new super mario bros u super expert challenge? Maybe some other fans have some ideas for a challenge they would like to share?
The easy way of surviving the bone fish might be the fire flower from pipe 3, via the door that resets you to the beginning of the level, then you've got two hits to damage through.
You had to get the flower power from the underwater level then go to the door that leads you to the start then go back to the chest room and now you can take two hits
For the last level you get the fireflower, then take a door at the hammer brother - it teleports you to the beginning of the level and then you can go through those angry skeleton fish :D
Hey ryu, the final level dev exit was getting the fire flower, then using the door that returns you to the start, then you can go into the room with all the fish with a fire flower and win
