We had so much fun with this week’s project! We created two new laser cut door hangers but, we added a twist! We each created a new design and gave it to the other to paint sight unseen. This Secret Sign Design challenge made for lots of laughs and chaos along the way! Come watch us #doitbuilditmakeit!

I like Garrett’s lake sign the best with Kim’s banner and Kim’s birthday sign with Garrett’s cupcake. The multi color Happy Birthday is cute but blends in with the other elements and the words don’t pop out. Love the colors on both birthday signs. Great job guys! That was fun! Can’t wait to see you do it again! Can’t choose a favorite design because BOTH are great!

I think mix of both of yours. The black writing on Kim's birthday sign works better. I like Garretts sign but being a lake person the ski needs more color. You both are great. The amount of fun you have is wonderful 😊

I like the way Garrett painted the sign he designed. I also like the way Kim painted her design but it needs Garrett’s cupcake. Not sure whose design is better as they are so different.

Hi Kim and Garrett - What a fun video. I like the Happy Birthday Sign best, but I think Garrett painted both his signs better, more vibrant and colorful. Thanks for sharing and continued success. Love PegEgg

Both designs are great. Garretts painting and shading techniques on both signs are awesome. Kim's choice of colors for both signs worked very nicely. All in all, you both win. How's that for being non-committal 😅😅😅. ❤❤you both.

I love them BOTH!! Lake life is perfect to go with the current collection and the birthday is a must because everyone has one of those and it’s perfect to cut year round!! I like Garrett’s paint job on Kim’s sign and I like Kim’s sign design because it’s different than anything we have had before! GREAT JOB YOU TWO!!

Ok, I love them all. I love the lake life sign and the way Garrett painted it. I am liking the different shapes. I will say that I do like the green from Kim's sign. I can't wait to see the cake one you showed Kim 🤭😉

Love the designs. Love the way Garrett painted his more with the exceptions of: I love that Kim used the hat instead of the heart. Loved Kim's black letters on the birthday better. Love Kim's colors behind the welcome. Not sure about the snow caps on the mountains. Might have done a shading instead of snow. Both designs are great. Next time you should be given a theme and secretly design, paint it and then paint each other's. This way is a true contest. Hard to really vote since they're different. They're both fruit, but an orange and an apple. You can't really compare them. Great job!

The elements in both designs were fantastic. I like the way Garrett painted both designs, but I love Kim’s version of her sign the most. Impossible to choose a favorite. You both get a gold medal on these! Super fun video to watch … loved it! ❤❤❤

Sorry Kim but Garrett is the clear winner for me. I’m a huge fan of shading, etc. but mainly I really don’t like round signs. Thanks to you both and Tanner. It was a fun video!

Both signs came out AMAZING. Great job on both! During the Illustrator design session Garret did I saw some jet skis so was excited for another additional to the "Outdoor series Majestic Collection" Kims birthday sign will be an awesome addition and love the shading Garret did as well as the green board Kim did. So many AWESOME elements from you both! No clear winner except US for more AWESOME files from this challenge :)

It’s hard to be sure at 6’ away, but I like the colors you each used on the others design. The scene on the lake seems more summery in Kim’s, and the riders pop. The colors on the cupcake scream party on Garrett’s. You both did a great job 🥰 Hate to choose a design I like better. Maybe the lake, only because the bow will hide a bit in the cupcake.

Oh my gosh! This was great - watching each of you go through the process was really nice. I am torn - I can't actually give a vote for or against. Both of the signs designs are great. Bravo to the both of you where the designs are concern. I loved Garrett's cupcake and multi colored Happy Birthday. I also loved his mountains, but I loved Kim's lake people. I think her painting of the lake activties popped more. Both signs were great! So for me it was a tie in the designs and painting. I like the difference in style you both have. Garrett has the masculine detail and Kim has the playful cute detail. Thanks for the great videos.

Really enjoy your content . I have the F1 and S1 40 arriving next week . So if I understood this you are able to use the conveyer with out needing a conveyor on the opposite side for the 16” board ? I was wondering how wide of a board could you do with out having the conveyor on both sides , I was hoping it would at least do a 19”x24”. Thanks

I absolutely love this video and hope you do more. Maybe like once a month. It’s hard to decide. I love Kim’s design my favorite has to be Garret’s cupcake shading. The lake life is design is perfect for my sons (who’s name is Garret but spelled a tad different - “Garit”) mother in law who happen to Live on a lake. I’ll be making both with Lake Life. The cupcake sign is perfect for my business “CupSakes” 🧁 pastry business. Oooo-just thinking I could make the sign but miniature to go with a birthday cake as a giveaway ❤❤❤
