In celebration, America’s Favorite Quiz Show is debuting a new tournament in a new format: The Jeopardy! All-Star Games, with 18 elite contestants-the winningest in the show’s recent history-returning to compete in teams. The 10-day tournament kicks off the day after Trebek’s 92Y appearance. Join him as he talks with actor Michael McKean about his remarkable history with the show, the fascinating contestants he encounters every day, his facial hair through the years, and much more!

Thank you Trebek for your efforts to end homelessness in the world. I'm homeless now. I'm 49 and there is no end in sight for me. No representation and no dignity that could be preserved. I'm about to my end now but hearing how much difference one family can make restores hope for the rest of you.

1:13:20 I think that guy is referring to the "BANG" that is heard at the end of the credits before the CBS Distribution logo is shown. That BANG is the remnants of the King World logo from 1999 that they didn't take out until recently when CBSDT became CBS Media Ventures.

Loved Alex, such a wonderful, down to earth person. Watched Jeopardy every night. My grandchildren always say Granny has to watch the old people show! Lol By the time time my Grandson was 11 or so he was watching it with me. Will definitely be missed. Prayers for his family.

In his book, Alex Trebek said that out of all the celebrities that played Jeopardy, Michael McKean and Jodie Foster were among the few stars who were good enough to conceivably have competed for real alongside regular contestants, instead of just doing it for fun and for charity.
