i watched multiple videos just to try to figure out what her deal is. and it was even harder to tell if the other person was in on it. but this does make me think she has a regular conversation first and prepares them so they pretty much know what theyre getting into.

The cool thing about her approach to interviewing celebrities/ successful individuals is by humbling them.. her podcast is one of a kind because she actively isn’t trying to kiss any of her guests a** for the duration of their interview.
