அருமையான விளக்கம் சார்... கீழ்க்கண்ட கேள்விக்கு விளக்கம் அளிக்கவும்.... பெற்றோர் வருமானத்தை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு தான் OBC creamy layer or Non-Creamy layer சான்றிதழ் வழங்கப்படுவதாகக் கூறினீர்கள்... உதாரணமாக பொதுத் துறை நிறுவனம் ஒன்றில் General Manager (GM) with 20 years அனுபவம் தேவை என ஒரு OBC காலியிடம் நிரப்ப விளம்பரம் வருகிறது. 1. விண்ணப்பிக்கும் நபரது பெற்றோர் உயிருடன் இல்லை. 2. பெற்றோர் Dependent ஆக இருக்கிறார்கள். அதாவது வருமானம் இல்லை. மேற்கண்ட இரண்டு case லும் ஒரு நபர் எவ்வாறு கருதப் படுவார்? விளக்கம் தர வேண்டுகிறேன்....

Sir Why this creamy layer is applicable to BC category only? Why it didn't applied for sc/st people even though some of them were paid equal to above mentioned creamy layers? If the government wants to separate the people according to their annual income, why they implementing it for BC community only?????

Respected Jebasingh sir, are these criteria's still valid? According to this video, I'm eligible for NC OBC but I saw another latest video of yours titled 'Big Change in OBC Rules' where you spoke about including SALARY in the annual income and raising that from 8 to 12 lakhs. What is the update for that? PLEASE REPLY SIR. I'm going to apply for my certificate very soon. P.S : You also spoke about 'Cobra effect'. Please include such incidents and theories as analogies. Thank you sir for your clear explanations. My father is a Retired teacher worked in government aided school . He was retried in jan 2020 . Before his retirement annual income was more than 8 lakhs. At present it is less than the prescribed 8 lakhs (rs.4,80,000). I had doubt whether Iam comes under obc creamy layer or non creamy layer?

Sir, how can TN and Chennai city in particular grow it's economy in a faster rate and how can TN overtake Maharashtra to become India's largest economy i,e GDP wise and how can TN increase its GDP per capita, since in all India ranking TN's gdp is in 2nd position but gdp per capita is in 10th position.

Maharashtra is an industrialized state and it's population is also twice that of TN, It has mega cities like Mumbai and Pune. So GDP will obviously be higher. TN is also an industrialized state but our population is lower than MH. 2. Per capita income is GDP/POPULATION. Many small states have a lower population, so even with low a relatively smaller economy they have a higher per capita income.

Sir, nicely explained , thanks, but u have not yet discussed about the self-employed persons, moreover one who belongs to BC in the state government MIGHT not belong to OBC in the central government, provided they are approved as obc in the central government list, this u have not explained, Pls explain the above mentioned doubts..

My father retired from a PSU as class A officer. But he joined as Class B officer and became class A officer at age of 53 years. His salary for FY 2017-18 & FY2018-19 was above 8 lakhs. But after retirement his total income is Rs. 7 lakhs. My mother is housewife with no income. Am i eligible for OBC NCM . Please reply Sir. Awaiting for your response.
