What was your opinion on the Netflix series when they could use series blood to make new witchers and then they lost the blood I wonder if they'll ever get the blood back and convince Marigold to do it again the spell or you know what have what will happen with that crust in here
Lambert is a well written character with a sense great sense of humor. I really like the part where Yennifer pokes fun at vessimir howling at the moon along with uma. Lambert steps in and says “a little more respect please, you’re not talking to Geralt here.”
@@william4x4 Lambert is saying Yen is a nasty woman, Geralt is hen-pecked and has no balls to stand up for himself against Yen, but Vesemir deserves respect and doesn't have to take that attitude from Yen, and even Lambert will stand up for him.
I have a Friend he looks EXACTLY like Lambert. Hes also polish and loves Witcher 3, but he fails to see how he looks like Lambert. But i swear hes a Doppler .

It seems every other character gets that treatment thus far and that sucks, they could've had a really special show but at this rate I don't see them overcoming what they've destroyed.
They butchered all the Witcher’s. Lambert is a bumbling idiot that has more emotion than every other character in the show lol. Makes a lot of sense, gotta love show runners that think their vision is better than the creators
I had a big fat crush on Lambert, his personality and looks made him more realistic than Geralt I guess. Also Letho but that’s just because he’s a meat mountain of a man, I can’t defend that one.
I think lambert has a lot of love in him. Which is why he is so angry at everything and the world, because he sees how BS things, he doesn't forgive evil or injustice, because he has so much love, and wants to always get to the heart of the thing, the truth, as he believes in completely what is right. That's why he comes off so brutal, because that type of honesty isn't welcome in the witcher world or ours.
lambert and good geralt are pretty much the same wanting to protect those friends and do almost anything so they stay alive but sacrificing well being and possibly more for sure but that’s the point for friendship, then there’s lambert even being a jerk is almost as good for himself he wouldn’t have to sacrifice himself and even save headaches and is even balanced not getting involved people deal with their own crap which is very understandable but look what geralt accomplished having almost 3 kingdoms As friends getting involved in other’s peoples craziness, lamberts way is just as powerful though
Honestly another option for the quest involving Lambert should have been to pay Vivienne another visit and discuss her previous actions. As you gut her. Really would have been more just than killing the guy.

it was Eskel in fact, he says it while they're hunting the Forktail near Kaer Morhen, and the Character Entry for Lambert also states that he's the youngest of the Witchers of the School of the Wolf

The most likeable prick you'll ever meet. The kind of asshole that wouldn't hesitate to give his life for the people he cares about. The kind of guy who's always teasing you because he considers you a friend. That's Lambert.

Nice video, but I think suggesting Lambert has inferior fencing skills, due to scripted event in which he can die is a bit suspect... It's like watching earlier cinematic and saying that "although Labert and Geralt were equally skilled in dispatching wild hunt warriors outnumbering them, Lambert was first to see Triss' fireball and shield his fellow witcher, proving he had better reflexes". A bit of a stretch. I also love the quote "a bit of respect - you're not talking to Geralt". Shows he really holds Vesemir in very high regard, despite everything else.
What's a chernobog? It's in season 2 but I can't find a drop on information. The available information on the witcher universe is crazy lacking. Thanks for helping to change that extremely annoying fact.
Chernobog is actually a pagan deity worshiped by the some Slavs. It literally means "Black god" and he is as menacing as his name would suggest. God of bad fate and darkness. And I don't think that this exact creature is part of the Witcher lore.

With as much as I just got into the Witcher 3 and the books and show this channel was the last thing I needed to find goodbye to the hours I'm about to sink into this
But one of the main ingredients in making the first witchers was elder blood now later on they was able to make witchers without other blood they think they might have used Witcher blood in place of elder blood down through the ages if you did you serious blood to make new witchers it might be a more powerful Witcher than has existed in centuries cuz that blood have been deluded over the years it might be like a neanderthal with her you know like one of the proto Witcher maybe more powerful than the modern Witcher if they use the elder blood or the heart-shaped herb they need some heart-shaped herbs to make a new witchers
I don't understand how Netflix can be so out of touch with these characters. It's downright baffling. It genuinely feels like negligence, like they don't care at all. Out of every single actor in the entire world, why did they cast those two guys for Eskel and Lambert? Both were just so generic, forgettable, and downright unlikable. I seriously hope Netflix boots the writers and casting director. They obviously aren't fans of the franchise and don't care.

Was nice to see his character butchered in the show. Truly terrible show runner. The woke nonsense drives me nuts. Not sure my eyes could roll any further in the back of my head. I can't think of any reason to make that decision without an ounce of gain other than the writers room going: "Whoa you mean we have a keep that hideously scarred man on the show while the Sorceresses hide or die? No, no, let's do a Sad Evil Confused TreeBeard mercy kill before anyone gets attached and keep our favorite people to write for in Mage Schools and upgrade to PC character arcs." I noticed it when I played her in Novigrad, escaping Whoresons men, and it's made me wonder if it's a mistake or if it implies something else?
!BOOK SPOILERS! Yes it’s mentioned in the books that she stole a cat, a wolf and a griffin medallion from leo bonhart, a bounty hunter, who killed a few witchers and kept their medallions asa trophy. Ciri decided to keep the cat one for herself, gave the wolf one to geralt(who had his own distroyed) and the griffin one to yennefer.

Not even to mention what happened with Cowboybebop live action, which no one likes. Netflix truly does kill everything as far as live action goes.

Lamberts' story is confusing and false. You say he was taken through the law of surprise. Law of surprise is giving a boon whose nature is unknown to one or both parties. So in order for him to be give by law of surprise the father cant know he has a son when returning home with the Witcher that saved him. And from what you say, the Witcher took the man home, found the kid surprise and the Witcher took him by law of surprise. So when did the father beat the boy? You say Lamberts father used to beat him? When? When he was being trained to be a Witcher? It doesn't make sense.
The phrasing can change, the only important element is that the item or person claimed is unknown at the time. For him, it was something like "the first thing you see when you walk through your door."

It's not that Lambert's father didn't know he existed, it's that he didn't know he would match the rules of the payment. "The first thing you see when you get home." "Whatever you come across at home on your return, but did not expect." "Whatever he had left at home without knowing or expecting it." "That which you already have but do not know." The idea is that if and when the cost is a person, that person is marked by destiny. Witchers have been known to invoke that cost, with the hope that a child marked by destiny will have a higher likelihood of living through the Trials and the training.
@@AlexisTheDragon Well, it's never been officially confirmed. So relatively yes, it's never debunked. If we checked the evidences, every clever person would see that it's just nothing more than a fun theory, and they would see that it debunked itself. That's what I mean.
