Radha is the Personification of the mercy of Nārāyana Krishna. She's also the divine mediatrix. She's the channel through which devotees obtain grace of Krishna. She intercedes with Krishna for us on our behalf. She helps the devotees in their path. Whenever devotees falls down, like a mother, she holds them up and carries them to Krishna. It is said that the best way to access the grace of Krishna is to go through Radha. She's said to be even more merciful than Krishna Himself.
Narayan is a different Rasa or Bhava than Radha and Krishna. Millions of Vaikuntha or Vishnu lokas are created from her lotus feet. In this instance you can't compare krishna and Narayan as same.

1) Radha rani is the hladini shakti (absolute bliss energy) of Krishna (and thus all beings). Some terminologies: Radha -- comes from the word ārādhanā meaning devotional worship. Hence, Radha represents pure love for God, bhakti, compassion, tenderness, etc. Radha rani -- here Rani means Queen. Radha tattva -- tattva literally means substance. It denotes a reality. There are 25 tattvas in total. Vishnu tattva (Krishna) is the highest. This tattva is identical with Radha tattva, hence Radha tattva is also the supreme. For me, Radha is the personification of the individual soul and it's yearning for attaining union with God. Radha is the divine adjutrix, companion and the asociate. As Swami Mukundananda explained in that video, Radha Rani is the source of everything as She is the Divine Yogamaya Energy of Shri Krishna. According to the Vedic scriptures, all the shaktis (energies) of Shri Krishna remain subservient to Radha as She is the ultimate source. And She is the source of Divine Love called 'Prema' in the Vedic scriptures. That 'Divine Love' is what enslaves Shri Krishna (it's not the love we develop in our heart for Him). So when a soul attains 'Prema' after God-realization through the grace of a God-realized Saint, Shri Krishna becomes enslaved by that soul. And Radha Rani is the source of that Divine Love. That means if we aspire to attain Divine Love or 'Prema', we must do devotion to the Divine Couple, Radha Krishna or Radha Rani alone. Because She is the loving and merciful Divine Mother form of God, She is causelessly merciful and we can attain our goal quickly if we do bhakti to Radha Rani alone. We can say purpose of radha is to teach the actual meaning of love . like even though she didn't get married and most of life she spent without krishna . she still loved krishna for entire life like meera bhai love for krishna .

Lord Narayan/ Krishna, to do his leelas, takes out all his powers and then the powers take a form of Mahalakshmi/ Radha to help him in his leelas. Even though she comes out from God but still she is inseparable from him. He is always the all powerful, all pervading Vishnu. You can basically understand Radha-Krishna like that. The rules of the World are made by God, and everyone who comes to Earth even God needs to follow those rules. One such rule is of the soul. Everyone who is alive in the World is to have a soul. In all the other Avataars God came and went leaving the body. Shri Krishna's body is divine (divya) no place for soul, no body organs, everything billions of universes are within him. So to follow the rule, The soul of Krishna too came as Radha. Krishna is the body and Radha is the soul.
Radha and MahaLakshmi are the same. Let me tell you that not only Radha but all the (16,108) wives of Shree Krishna were the incarnations of MahaLakshmi. In his childhood, she was with Lord Krishna as Radha in his leelas. And later as Queen Rukmini and his other 16,107 wives. Radha is krishna and Krishna is Radha. We can say krishna in getup of radha or Radha in getup of Krishna. They are not half energy because infinite / 2 is still infinite. But Radha is the primary source and all divine knowledge without radha means 0 and one can never understand divinity
Fun fact: Hare in Hare Krishna means Radha. Since she delights in Hari (Krishna), she's called Hare. So, when we say Hare Krishna, we're basically saying Radha Krishna.

TATWA is a difficult word to translate in english properly, Tatwa is a element or property or quality of the universe. So the primary elements of the universe are Shiva Tatwa, Vishnu Tatwa and Shakti (refers in the video as Radha tatwa). Shakti manifests in many forms, for example..... Parvati/shakti= Pure energy Lakshmi= Material energy Saraswati= Spiritual energy These three forms r the primary ones, other female devis r the combination of these there.
It is Purusha and Prakriti or the Brahman and the energy. Without shakti manifestations of life is impossible. In Sanatan dharm Kali, Durga or Radha are manifestations of this energy that makes the Lila or Brahman possible. Even in our own life the different energy we exhibit comes from this energy.
