Agree, GG story was way easier to follow once to connect all of the details. Blazblue got so much supplemental materials and differentiate the ending and timeline to make sense.

@@IronicKnight Doomsday, Hades Izanami tries to end the multiverse. They succeed but then they don't. She condenses reality into a ball and says "whoever wins this tournament that will secretly fuel my power gets to remake this ball into the reality they want. Everything outside the ball is just dead." Ragna runs around stealing people's dreams and then Noel absorbs Izanami, Terumi becomes Susanoo by taking Hakumen's body and then absorbing Noel, Ragna beats him and finally kills Terumi. Then he creates the ideal reality, wiping himself from existence.

Bedman was my main. And he's pretty wild. Actually, if I remember right, Slayer was pretty much humiliated by Bedman. And Sol Badguy even admitted that Bedman hits like a damn freight train.

For the record: the name *Asuka R. Kreutz* (Aka That Man) is actually yet another rock music reference (as does most of the names of characters from Guilty Gear), in this case his name is a reference to an American classical music composer *Arthur R. Kreutz* Also, *I-no* is pronounce as like "E-NO" not "AY-NO".

4:41 we also need to give credit to Joji Nakata who now is doing Sol's voice Serioulsy this guy is one of the best japanese VA not only the character he's doing voice acting for (Alucard ftom Hellsing, some of the best characters from Type Moon (Fate, Tsukihime, Kara No Kyokai) like Kirei Kotomine) but he's onr of the funniest guy ever, he dresses up like Kirei and poses like him or go to work dressed like him

If I recall right sol is the guilty gear because Justice controls all the gears and is confused why Sol would betray her. He's like the prototype for all gears though so he's immune to justice's control... anyway, I *think* justice calls sol the guilty gear and labels him a traitor.

Great lore video. When I played Guilty Gear X on my PS2 a decade or so ago, my main was Sol simply because I didn't know any other characters at the time. Over time, my main shifted to Ky Kiske due to his move set, ideologies, and design and he has remained my main all the way to now. That said, I would love to see a lore video on Ky. I am also looking forward to playing with Nagoriyuki in Strive since he seems similar to Hakumen in Blazblue.

I am glad you did an on Sol I really like the series and I am really hyped for strive👍🏿. I never knew what the hell was going on but I always had the feeling it’s gotta be dope and I wasn’t disappointed 👍🏿. Also the character designs for all the characters are top tier their gameplay, their looks, this stuff kept me intrigued and I really like where they’re going with the series easier name simplifying the designs and keeping them as awesome as they were a better netcode for a more stable gameplay all to reach a wider consumer base which is what I truly hope well make Guilty gear way more popular as a result👍🏿. My first start was Guitly Gear X and I had heard of the first on on playstation a year later but it was a pain trying to find a copy until years later. But after the first ggx I went down the rabbit hole and never looked back, glad I didn't. And I watch another video, which took close to 2 hours to explain so adding this to the history helps fill in some blanks. And as a fun fact, Elphelt and Ramlethal are Sol's daughter through the Valentine process.

10:03 Fun fact, Apparently a common theory is that due to Gears being created with magic AND by applying a variety of animal genes to the base organism and because of a few weird details like Dizzy being born while Justice was sealed away, That the Cockspike is actually an ovipositor which is used by insects to lay eggs. Which would explain why Dizzy was able to be born outside of Justice and Why Justice even has that giant thing in her design.
