Yuan Tze - you have affected my life in amazing ways. I am back home in the USA, but in 2017 while living in New Zealand and undergoing a "dark night of the soul," I met a teacher of Yuan Gong and stayed the night at her house. She gave me your book. I now have other spiritual practices that are foundational to my life, but I still refer to your work and work a bit with qi, and play one of your methods videos for the peaceful music. A true master is one who is completely honest. He came from a place of fear and despair but life gave him the right instruments (martial arts and qi gong) to overcome obstacles and violence to finally enjoy a joyful and peaceful life, with the high purpose of helping others in their journey. His experiences as a child and a young man were fundamental to be able to help others in the future: he knows how it feels to be fearful and lost. This man is a great inspiration. Thank you so much for sharing. This "humility and respect" definitely goes together with "trust" when you have found your Higher Self. The Higher Self is beyond description. I can't even begin to describe from my own experience. The silence there is so....overwhelming to a person who has been raised in a place like this, that it's difficult for one to grasp when the Higher Self is working through you. So when one humbles themself, and they respect that Higher Self and how it works, and look toward it for its workings in your life, in your present moment, and then trust that it has done its work, then look for it, and see where and how it has done these things, and you will find the silence within your own self, because you must first silence your own self in order to look for the Higher Self's results, that work that has been done through you. And it's always good. The Higher Self is always exceptional! Beautiful! Brilliant. Beyond description.
thank you for posting about your life, the warrior code is good, but once the truth is apprehended how can one truly be that stiff and rigid forever? Its sim plus, or sim, probably sim plus, since the set of all kosmoses is ergo cognito sum, greater than the sum of its parts, checking in on kosmoses is something that can happen from special kosmoses on the younger ones, of which ours probably is, the oldest ones probably have shed their kosmos skins maybe for some other kind of existence... now back to one and on and on.
