This has been common place in some cities in North America for years. I’ve lived in one of them and a shooting happened in front of my house. Crime can be so common like where I was, you don’t even worry. It’s not even relevant if a school is there like mine. It’s another day. I never worried all those years. I even lived 8 minutes from a prison and didn’t stop people. It’s a normal day in some places

I thought the same thing. It’s someone who knows him well and/or has a beef with him who did or had this done. So dang sad and not an area in Jax Beach anyone would imagine anything like this would happen, let alone random.

Probably not the mom tho, what with the 2-year-old being in the car and the fact that she was a stay-at-home mom who likely isn't able to generate the same level of income that he could as an exec even if she returns to the workforce. Even if she had some sort of grudge against him, I doubt she would traumatize her child and/or financially cripple herself like that. Such a sad story overall!

It could have been a random murder, could have been a robbery gone wrong, could have been a car jacking gone wrong, could have been mistaken identity, could have been someone the guy upset by cheating with his wife, could have been road rage etc. The wife seems awfully suspicious in my opinion, but that could just be how she acts. Nonetheless, it could have been a lot of things that got him killed. What makes me lean toward the wife is the fact that he had just dropped the kids off at his ex wife's house, which seems like it could have been done after he left to make his ex wife seem like she may have been involved, when in reality it was his current wife. Not to mention the fact that she had just gotten off the phone with him, and it struck me funny that she said she asked him exactly where he was. Almost like she was asking so she could tell someone exactly where he was. Something just does not seem right about the wife in my opinion.

How did the killer know his car would be the next to pass by since another driver could have removed the tire before he could get to that place? Was the killer tipped off by someone that he was approaching and will be there in three minutes or so? So many questions we can ask.....

They left a tire in the road in hopes anyone driving that road would stop and get out of their vehicle….this could have happened to anyone driving that road that night. There’s no way these people or person knew that this particular man would stop to move the tire. It wasn’t a planned hit on this man….it was a planned hit on whoever happened to stop to move the tire. Which is why you should never stop to move something out of the road….drive around and call the police to let them know something is in the road.

Normally I'd guess the wife, but that hit was too close to her kid. You'd have to not love your child and love money more than him or her to have a hit done so close to your baby.
