Good vid. 60cc saws are the sweet spot and those are likely two of the best. 👍🏼

Thanks. Yes, the Makita and Stihl seem to fit my needs the best, and I should have a new video next week comparing the differences of the two in more detail.

Do you mean a Brown Recluse spider? I just zoomed in on the original picture I took of that spider and compared it to a Brown Recluse picture on the internet, and they do look awfully similar. I'm impressed by your spider identification skills, and I guess I'm glad it was already dead when I found it. 🙂

In part 1, a lot of talk about paying more for a Stihl because of dealer network then, proceeds to buy a near ten year old saw on ebay…😂

I have a limit to what I'm willing to pay for a saw that's going to see minimal use.

I hear you keep saying Echo..🤣 (590 TWolf, not even a 620) good luck!! P.S. horribly against Stihl Policy for a dealer to sell a boxed saw, mail order. It may have come from a train derail buy out or something but doubtful. Likely stolen. 362 is a great saw as is Mtronic.

@@bdixon2668Yeah, the saw did not come from a dealer, or at least not a current dealer. I thought maybe the seller was a former dealer who had leftover stock, but don't really know. I didn't suspect it was stolen due to the age (thieves usually looking for a quick turn-around with cash, not holding for 7 years and then selling on ebay with a paper trail). But don't know for sure, eBay is always a gamble.

It's too bad Dolmar isn't around anymore, I'm not crazy about the 6100 but I am with the 6400/6401/6421, 7300/7310, 7900/7910 saws. Those are absolutely legendary chassis! Easily rivaling the likes of the legendary husqvarna 372xp oe/jonsered 2171 and stihl 044/440

Agreed. Makita is selling whatever stock they have left and then that's it. 😞
