custom hands down 😎 i built one for my 94. shorty headers, true duals 2.5 inch, H pipe, high flow cats and a straight through style muffler ( with xpipe in the muffler) sounds awesome!
I put the flowmaster with muffler delete quick and easy on my brand new 2023 trailboss sounds great. Im sure there's better but i like the sound of it, muffler guy told me there's no better quality than what comes from factory so i just did a muffler delete.
I went cheap and bought the rough country system and people comment a lot on how well it sounds. I get some "popping" upon deceleration but for 600$ it isn't a bad option.
@lamontthegod2571 so there is some. I bought the afm/dfm disabler from range technology to combat that. Supposed to eliminate the autostop on the truck too but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.
IDK .... I said I'd replace mine when it wears out or gets a hole. That was at 20,000 miles. 280,000 now. Its still not worn out. I need to reseal the headers to the block as I have broken bolts. Now I'm thinking if I get such crappy gas mileage I might as well enjoy it. Was thinking a set of reman heads (worse case if I knacker up the holes), some DOD delete (08 GMC), exhaust and cam. My truck has the paid for option. Cracked dash and chipped paint..... I told myself if it sees 250 with me.... its likely to 500K I've driven all the money out of it already. Still runs fine and she is a hybrid... burns gas and oil.
I can't comment on if they make them, but I know other brands do. Sad thing is I've heard an exhaust system does nothing for you in thr 3.0. It's too choked off by the cat so you get zero sound difference. Save the money
Heard the truth! They all sound the same to people on the outside. Actually less than 0.000001% of people are into car/truck mods. In other words no one is paying attention to your truck or anyone else’s. Save your money
Dude, your truck looks so gay with that stock spare tire still underneath that bed. Get rid of that thing and get the right size spare on a swing away spare tire carrier or pre-runner bed mount...😝
