My son is a hugger. He will gladly hug any random person for no real reason at all. This is especially true for Disney Princesses. We had to peel him off a few when we visited Disney. And no, they didn't let go until he did.

I know the lateral RU-vid channel doesn't get the kind of views that Tom's other work does, but I'm so glad that the team have figured out the best format for this platform by having single question videos!

I'm actually curious if the podcast itself gets more views (listens?) than these outtakes. I personally prefer to have the shorter videos with the added visual from face cams.

if they didn't post so many videos on the youtube i'd listen to the podcasts. As it is now, it seems there's only like 1 or 2 questions per episode that don't make the cut, so trying to listen and skip through is a real pain.

This is not technically a rule. It’s a guideline but not a rule. Tom’s factoid at the end is real but also that happens with character performers on their training shifts. If you ever see a character next to a random wall or gate, they are having their first outing. They are near a door so they can escape quickly if something goes wrong
@lohphat
@lohphat 7 месяцев назад
All "character sets" have a supervisor nearby observing, unless one of the characters is a "face character" e.g. Alice or Mary Poppins or Peter Pan, so someone with unobstructed vision has a wide-angle view of the situation and make sure cast members wearing heads with obstructed vision aren't ambushed from behind/side where they can't see it coming. I used to work at DL and have friends with permanent injuries due to these type of accidents.
