Who's got the Fastest Internet? AT&T "High Speed" internet vs. Spectrum 1g internet. 

You are lucky over here in la if i were to get at&t fiber its like 90$ - 100$ per month its terrible. I'm on spectrum right now spending 50$ per month at 70mbps down and 7 up

It only works out for you because of where you live ATT fiber is available... In general though ATT offers much worse service than Spectrum because most of their coverage around 85% is still DSL.. Well DSL2 with (fiber to block) still.... selling internet over 100 year old copper lines is criminal in 2021.....

If you use ethernet cable then you can reach 1 gig if your computer can handle those speeds. Most routers don't do 1 gig wireless because the tech not there yet unless you willing to fork out 500 dollars or more for a router with wifi6e

For me spectrum is dog it disconnecting everyone every 20 minutes it's straight dumpster fire

Agree 100% with Ronnie Maldonado..... its not a good comparison between AT&T VDSL( which is old, dated technology ran through copper) against Fiber. Too bad AT&T's fiber isn't available at your address because they're cheaper and their download and upload speeds are symmetrical at 1000 Mbps. I've had the service 4 years now and literally zero downtime. Thanks for posting your video though and hope your spectrum gig is still doing well for you!

Spectrum ethernet cable is actually doing decent (for me), I've had it for a solid 1-2 months now and it averages 100-150mbps

Can someone help me with this questions. Ok I have 300mbps right now cable. I am moving att offered 25 mbps with unlimited fiber optic. My question is that fast enough to handle my gaming and streaming needs. Can anyone confirm this cause I never had fiber optic so what is the difference between cable and fiber optic WiFi internet.

@@carlosk8103 DSL is still being OFFERED because not all areas have fiber of any kind, nor gig cable. In rural areas with even less availability, LTE is an option bro. Use you head and do a tiny bit of research.

I’m considering switching to that plan for my house, I had Spectrum years ago and it was ass, but they’re the only ones who offer 900+ mbps internet in my area, AT&T only offers up to 100mbps in my area rn...

As an individual that has had both don’t believe this bullshit.. Spectrums WiFi is dirt trash without spending some heavy money on your own equipment. ATT ain’t great, but it’s WiFi far superior to Spectrums especially in older housing that’s restrictive in WiFi signals

Charter is trash for me Verizon is better for me no issues and faster speeds especially on the upload 880

In my area Verizon still has DSL and the only plan options were either 0.5 mbps or 3.5 mbps and I had the 3.5 mbps and they would throttle and cut the internet off for hours at a time. Even at the college that I go to they have Verizon and they get throttled too. With charter I get 400/20 mbps for the same price as the 3.5 mbps on Verizon and it dose not ever get throttled. And in my part of Virginia you only get 2 choices either Verizon or Charter. On top of that I get even more internet than what I pay for since most of the time its 467/28 mbps. Just like you I also have a gaming life so I burn through data downloading games and playing multiplayer.
