Shy would they try to make a Division 3 now. Why not use the template from 1, improve in that idea, and since heartland was already in play make that a new area for division 3 with Brooklyn being the primary. Use the look and feel of Division 1. Because trying to come up with a whole new "thing" will waste more time and resources
From what i see happen with AAA game companies, they hire too many devs base on political views and not for talent. Also they promote the "toxic positivity", so another dev can't point some errors in other dev work for fear that will be call in HR meeting and been punish for "discrimination". These lead to mediocrity and ineptitude to deliver content at high level quality, as we could seen from those old teams that made FC3 or SC CTheory... Most of the real good talents left the company to escape that stupid psychic pressure, that did not let them anymore to be creative or to have a say so in development. For most hard work now they need to hire freelancers on contract, to fix or build from zero what that army of blue and purple hair freaks can't do, because is more important to be activist than to do a good job in a video game development. This is what i think is going on, i may be wrong.... So, Ubi been rotten to the core, i do not think we will see another great project done by them. The company need to be liquidated and IPs to be sold and bought by some indie companies that will do much better. My interest in Division was mostly for story, atmosphere and coop, but also i play alone for many nights. I will not buy games that are "online always" and are full of micro-transactions , probably this is why i migrate and buy and play games on GOG. My hope is that a Indie company will make a game that will have all mods and good ideas from Division....i keep watching what devs from Fun Dog Studios are doing with their game "The Forever Winter". The way FDS are talking is like they realy want to declare war to all other AAA studios out there that milk players till last dollar. But all in all, i will keep playing Division 2 and 1 till there will be no more players or they close servers...I AM FUCKING ADDICTED TO THESE TWO GAMES!

To be honest. I’ve tried to play other games when they had issues with the servers and I would just end up turning the game off. Whatever formula they have with the Division franchise, I suggest any game developers looking for something groundbreaking need to thoroughly study this game.😅
@@CrossFiya man, i have installed in my computer: Nioh 2, Remnant 2, Metro Exodus, RDR2, Tokyo Ghost, Whitcher 3, Stalker Anomaly, Cyberpunk...and did i play them??...lol..just open them..and than i remember that i need to farm for another weird build, or for the event points to buy more name item boxes..and so on... I have around 6000h in D2...and many in D1...i keep trying to play other games, can't do it for more than few minutes...crazy, crazzzzyyyy

I’ve been playing on PS4/5 since 2021 and a lot of the friends I’ve made over the years still play (even Hardcore, approaching 4K btw 😊). I’ve since joined a Conflict Clan and we have no issue with Matchmaking daily and we’re full and pretty active. I’ve stuck around on your channel and noticed how you’ve bounced around to different games a chose what I believe are attempts to bash the game, say it’s dying, etc. All I wanna say is it’s depressing to see you talk about this way. I don’t wanna leave your channel because I don’t wanna stop supporting but if I never saw your channel, I would not think the game is in trouble based upon my experience. Idk maybe it’s different on XBox or PC but I’m gonna ride it until the wheels fall off and I truly start to see ppl not playing anymore. I thought many would leave for the first descendant, instead I still see a bunch of low levels, backpacks as we call them in conflict continuously joining the game. No, I support people telling the story they want to tell. Huge Div 1 and 2 supporter here. Also one of its harshest critics. Have a very active and awesome clan. I’m just bored. They failed horribly to deliver content. Content is king. I stayed and played until I got completely bored. Moved to HellDiver2 recently. Phenomenal PvE co-op.

It’s mostly positive or neutral to the point of being delusional. Ubi and Div 2 deserve the honest truth from the community. They had something awesome and destroyed it willingly. Perhaps if more people spoke up sooner, rather than silently leaving, then they’d have listened earlier. Probably not. Keep in mind, MOST people that have played the game moved on years ago. The vast majority. I know, I’ve watched them in my friends list in the hundreds. Less than 5% that played Div 1 and Div 2 still play. I’m one of the 5% (as are you) that has finally, sadly, let go to the dead horse. I wish it wasn’t true. Cold hard facts. I’m not stopping you or anyone else from enjoying the game. I never thought I would say this but if Div 3 never releases it won't make a difference anymore. That's how much they took out the passion for me especially witnessing other Devs working on improving the game based on community feedback in a paste that made me wonder if the Div dev were lazy or fooling us that it is not easy to give the community what they need or simply don't care.
Seeing that picture of Yannick and Skill Up was nastoligic. Love this franchise and have been with it since the Divsion One Beta-Divsion 2 still active although i have been playing other titles as well due to the "STATE OF THE GAME" I wish the development team nothing but the best as I'm looking forward for a Tom Clancys Division 3 and yes even Ressurgence if and when it realeases 💯 R.I.P Heartlands 😢

call of duty caused the problems. even today you get players from CoD play The Division (not the second so much) and are baffled by the roll your own class thing. they want fixed classes and always think the dark zone is pvp zone. pvevp is a foreign concept because they bought into (literally, year after year like FIFA/EAFC players) to CoD and buying cosmetics over and over for the pvp maps. SSDM (same 'stuff' different maps) and so tedious. but the devs put some too OP classified sets in the division then went too far away from the IP (and repeated mistakes) in the second game by putting it 7 months after the first one, in an empty city that suddenly had a high tech army (when the us army was gone and the division cant get fuel for vehicles yet we have massive drones in the air?). add in that they didnt learn from benitez nagging you to talk to krapich in the first game when your mouse went within 1000 miles of the BoO - in division 2 its worse, a little thing pops up that basically tells you youre playing the game wrong (it usually suggests doing the projects) and you have to stop what you are doing and dismiss it by HOLDING A BUTTON OR KEY. and in the second game the first dlc failed because it locked level 40 behind the dlc and it locked your agent in ny until you beat a final fight which sucks and which someone thought 'lets make that boss fight REALLY horrible and unfun by taking away all the things that make you a division agent and not a CoD refugee'.
Im really sad at where the division franchise has gone. It will soon be like the chinese verson pay to play. Etc. And thats not what this franchise us about. The grit, the struggle, the grim, the re-playability, the whole thing. Division 1 incursions are far better than any division 2 main mission. Stoken signal had the community in a chokehold. At this point just remake d1. The end
I.D I suggest you give The First Decendant a try again. There is so much room in doing build videos and the game constantly on patches and updates to give the community what they need based on feedback which is way better than Div dev.
@@KakashivsKorashi-n7i I’ve already done everything on TFD while working a full time job 😂 and still playing Div 2. The build diversity had no comparison to Div 2. It’s still fun if you take a few days off.
@CrossFiya I stopped playing Div 2 coz their is no reason to. I work full time and father of three kids with almost 5k hrs in Div 2 and more in Div 1. Am just tired of the lies delays bugs and gaslighting that's it.
What I will say is I had a hard time matchmaking for missions on TFD yesterday farming the last piece for my Ult Freyna. Went to Div 2 after a few missions and had no problem matchmaking for Conflict. Does that mean TFD is done? No probably just the time I was on or not enough people on for the mission I wanted. To put in perspective Div 2 is far from dead. I appreciate that ppl that think it is just stop playing instead of complaining and trying to convince others to stop.

Without a vibrant Darkzone and a game with attitude its not the division - Division 2 was way too much lovey dovey and gameplay was an unbalanced mess.
This game still hurts to see how it’s fallen. I remember playing the first game and the dark zone was always full of people. Safe zones always had people. Launch Div 2 was alright I guess But as said. It’s barely holding on, and it’s sad. I’ll miss those nights of grinding it out

You give me Division 3 with massive out and Red Storm at the helm. I don't understand why people are pushing for a division 3 with Massive, it will still be a broken mess and loss of potential. Red Storm is being wasted, they are a senior development team and they are just pit basically on maintenance status. Massive abandoned Division 1 to start to Division 2 and left Red Storm to fix the game. If Massive is still on the Division franchise I am not going to buy it. They are by far an inferior studio.

It's a shit show and Ubisoft is walking on egg shells. For what it is worth, I enjoyed the game, but I have no faith nor do I await anything good happening with The Division franchise. If Tencent buys out the title, we will no longer have the game we enjoyed playing. What is wild about this, is that I've have platinumed 6 games this year alone due to the fuck shit with Div2, yet, I ALWAYS come back to this damn game man, there is NOTHING like this game and it's fucking damn shame this shit is coming to an end. Ubisoft fucked this up royally and I wish Massive would have fought harder for this game.
There's tons of new people every week. I can match make with no problem any raid or game mode (minimal wait time). And the darkzone is still a blast to play, lots of people and groups going rogue. The game isn't dying, keep that opinion to yourself. Dont discourage people from coming and trying it out. I'm still enjoying this game and will continue to play it so dont try and kill it by putting crap videos like this out. Go play something else and be quiet.
Mistake was downgrade we got when Division 1 published. We got hyped in game presentation and got totally downgraded version of what we saw at in those gameplay presentations. After that it was grat struggle to make game alive. Division 2 didn't make any better..., everything the same like in the first one, just little more missions for little longer play.

Ubisoft have broken most of their franchises over the years. A lot which I enjoyed. As for Div 2 the new seasonal mode will not save the game, but I hope I am wrong. Doubt it as it stands I wont be buying the next dlc.
