Thanks for your videos… I have tuned pianos for 30 years but was always shying away from regulation as I would recommend some other technician for that but now I’m diving into the regulation part being confident now that I’ve seen your regulation videos. Thanks for sharing this. I just found your channel tonight and as I watched this video, it was nice to see a SBO that cares about a customer's experience. Many companies have multiple sources of measuring customer satisfaction. The problem is that measuring customer satisfaction does not tell anyone how to achieve it. Customer satisfaction is essentially the culmination of a customer's experiences. It sounds like you've put a lot of thought into that... and the result, is your continued success!

I've been doing this for quite some time and I've always kept it simple; do the highest quality work you can do, treat people fairly and honestly, and the rest will follow.
