Totally agree with Alex in the stressing out comment he made. I've seen people who are SO CAREFUL as to what they put into their body, literally to the point where they panic if something isn't non-gmo or organic and they have a multitude of health issues from eating that way and stressing out- low iron, hormone imbalance, consitpation, depression, you name it!!!! Then there are people like me for example who eats extremely well and healthy but if you ask me to have some mcdonalds or an ice cream or a few glasses of wine or pizza here and there and I the LAST person to stress about it. Balance in your life truly comes when you let go of the need to control every single thing in your life, including what you put into your body.

Guys, you are amazing! One thing I loved about your video is how openly you admire each other, you don't have any hidden agenda and you just admit that there are things you love about each othere. To be honest, I don't know many couples who would do that, but I think it would so improve their relationships if they talked to each other like you did in this video -- with respect and honesty. Also once Alex said money is fluid and it helped me have a better understanding that money will flow outward but it will also flow inward as quickly as it once left. So i dont have to obsess about a lack of, because in time it will flow in my direction again. And it has help me to not stress so much about bills and student debt, that i can not go back and change. But i am more conscious of my personal money flow and as a result i budget more and save more. And try to generate something of value to help me pay off education debt. Debt free is my goal.
