I find this one unbeatable! It makes me feel energized and grounded. I listened in the bath once and it helped relieve tension in my feet and lower back. It helps me watch my posture too it seems. *S t e l l a r* work as usual.

Yes!!! The first thing i noticed my feet arent aching! I have flat feet and they constantly ache, eighteen minutes in my whole body is relaxed and theres no pain anywhere. Oh, and I listen on regular speakers and it still helps. Amazing.

Eighteen minutes in and I feel fantastic! Its like a pure regenerating feeling over my whole body. No pain anywhere, not even my usual constantly achy flat feet lol. This is so wonderful.
