Where do you live where skinless boneless thighs are cheap??? They are easily the most expensive cut of chicken meat where i live bar none. And it makes sense too as whole chickens are barely processed whereas boneless skinless anything, especially hard to bone things like thighs, are the most processed
@@x999uuu1 chicken quarters and drumsticks are actually the cheapest but for whatever reason I have trouble getting whole chickens under $2/lb but can get skinless boneless thighs for $1/lb. I’m in California
back bone in the breast,,,,,LOL!!! also if you keep your knife close to the bone your Brest fillets would be full size. I can see you are in a hurry. Like you said will make good Chicken broth/soup etc.
