I admire your positivity and desire to find what makes you happy! This year has not been easy with teaching at all, BUT you've given me ideas on how to seperate teaching from my personal life and take time for me. Also, I'm a little biased since I live in Texas, but I do believe you will LOVE this state. Don't take any negative comments to heart and keep doing what you need to do to find happiness! ❤

Yes! Starting the weekends with a clean home is the BEST! I agree... our washer and dryer are HUGE! They hold almost twice as much as our old ones. Thank you so much... I'm definitely happy in this current season of life 🖤
One set of sheets is all I use. We have the old set for backup, but I love the smell of fresh sheets. But no matter what I do, the sheets in the linen closet doesn’t smell fresh. Love your latest content. I can tell you’re loving life!

How long does it take for you to do this weekly clean? I feel like it would take me literally all day 😓 I want a clean apartment but first year of teaching is soooo exhausting already.
Hi there! It takes around 3 hours to complete it all. Honestly, my house was NEVER this clean when I was teaching. This is a change I've made since leaving the classroom because I actually have time now. Do NOT feel bad if your apartment is messy... mine always was too. You can do anything, but you can't do everything
Thank you for being a teacher, the kids need you. Maybe some thing would be if you broke it down into like one room a night or something like that and then by the end of the week your whole apartment would be clean. I have no idea maybe that is the worst advice ever, I am blind so I have a cleaning lady come once every two weeks because while being blind they’re just certain things I’m not good at and I don’t want people to come in to my home and think it is not clean.
I absolutely adore cleaning videos! So motivating! I understand the struggle with cleaning the comforter to get kitty fur off. We have two cats who love to sleep on our bed. I have so enjoyed your Vlogmas videos!!!

Man! How do you clean your house so fast!?! It takes me that long just to clean the kitchen. 😂 Of course, I’m not as good about cleaning every week, so maybe that’s why. 🤦🏻♀️ 😆
We have one actually! We run it throughout the week on our main level. But, I still like to go over everything with a regular vacuum once a week in case it misses any spots. Thanks for watching!
I’m not sure how I discovered your channel, maybe it was something to do with how to teach a second or third grader because during those times we were virtual teaching or some thing and I am blind and a single parent so trying to teach my son and be in my situation and trying to work it was challenging. While I can’t relate to your teaching Contant I am loving these videos you seem so much happier now that you are not teaching. I think what it shows me is in this country teachers are just stretched way too thin and the good ones are going away.
That is correct... only because my office is technically my studio for filming RU-vid videos and recording podcast episodes. He needs his own space to work without all my equipment. I got a new iMac for my office!
I use Meyer's as my main spray, Windex on my mirrors, and Cloralen on my toilets (I hate the strong bleach smell of Cloralen but it does work well and I'm trying to get rid of the bottle, ha).
