Made this today! I have to say, I was quite worried when the bread took 4h to rise, but the end product was amazing! The egg really added flavour to the bread!
My first batch is in the oven. Let's see how it turns Due to unavailability of Oven I prepare them on stove guess what ?? They turn out really soft and crispy although I didn't get the same color but it was finished within few seconds expectations are on really peak for the second batch..

Hi, I just follow your recipe and make my own wholemeal bread. It's turn out so fantastic! I love it but I think that's not enough for me. May I know if I want to make double size is that mean I need to double up all the ingredients? Including yeast from 3g to 6g?

It’s impossible to rise like that after 1 hour ! Plus, you should mention that the egg and milk should be at room temperature or warm, because if we mix cold egg and milk with yeast, the yeast won’t work ! This is important!
