Holiday cake for the Christmas holidays. Lower calorie with wholemeal flour. Quick and easy shaping of the cake without complicated knitting.
Ingredients:
For 28 cm tray
850-900 g wholemeal flour
3 eggs (1 egg yolk for spreading)
400 ml of milk
3 tbsp. yoghurt
5 tbsp. oil
1 packet of dry yeast - 7 g
50-60 ml of olive oil
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
The first fermentation is about 1 hour, until it doubles in volume. Form and rise again in 40 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
